Pumpkin season just got sweeter! Using Trader Joe’s Glazed Pumpkin Pie Spice Donut Holes (yes, the limited-edition gluten-free, dairy-free treats everyone is obsessed with), we whipped up these cozy little trifles. Layered with caramelized maple apples, vanilla yogurt, crunchy granola, and whipped cream, they’re the perfect single-serve dessert for fall gatherings, brunch spreads, or just treating yourself after a long day.

Ingredients
2 packs of Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes
2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Organic Maple Butter
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup whipped cream
½ cup Honeycrisp apple granola
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Dice apples and cut donut holes in half
In a skillet, sauté diced apples with 1 tbsp coconut oil on medium heat for 3 - 4 mins. Sprinkle in 1 tsp cinnamon.
Then add 2 tbsp maple butter until softened and caramelized (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.
In small jars or glasses, layer in order: donut pieces → vanilla yogurt → maple apples → whipped cream → granola → vanilla yogurt → donut pieces → top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Enjoy!
