Pat has a new recipe to share with you that is perfect on oatmeal, yogurt, charcuterie boards, salads, or as a snack! Pat has a sweet tooth and hopes you try this Roasted Cinnamon Sugar Walnut recipe this Fall or Winter!
3 cups walnuts
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 200°f and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Add coconut sugar, cinnamon & sea salt to a medium sized bowl and combine
Add water and mix until a thin paste forms
Add walnuts and toss to coat well
Spread walnuts evenly on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, tossing every 20 minutes
Top on oatmeal, yogurt, charcuterie boards, salads, or enjoy as a sweet snack!
