Ingredients: 1 bag pasta of choice; 1 block feta cheese (Trader Joe's Israeli feta in brine is the best!); 1 container Trader Joe's Romesco Dip; 2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Garlic Spread Dip; 1 lb grape tomatoes; Salt &amp; pepper to taste; 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 block feta cheese (Trader Joe's Israeli feta in brine is the best!)
1 container Trader Joe's Romesco Dip
2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Garlic Spread Dip
1 lb grape tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil
Meanwhile, set the Instant Pot to the sauté function and place the block of feta in the center surrounded by tomatoes and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper and cover for 12-15 minutes until tomatoes are wilted and feta is creamy
Once water is boiled, prepare the pasta al dente
Once the pasta is cooked, add to the Instant Pot with the tomatoes and feta
Stir in Romesco Dip and Garlic Spread Dip
Stir gently until all pasta is covered
Optional: top with fresh basil
