By now, Pat hopes you have had a chance to try the feta cheese pasta that has been taking TikTok and the internet by storm. If you haven't, Pat has added a tasty spin on this instafamous pasta using Trader Joe's Romesco Dip & Garlic Spread Dip! Both of these additions make for the creamiest most delicious dish! It also can be made in your Instant Pot, which makes for a quicker prep time! Pat hopes you give this a try and enjoy!
1 block feta cheese (Trader Joe's Israeli feta in brine is the best!)
1 container Trader Joe's Romesco Dip
2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Garlic Spread Dip
1 lb grape tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil
Meanwhile, set the Instant Pot to the sauté function and place the block of feta in the center surrounded by tomatoes and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper and cover for 12-15 minutes until tomatoes are wilted and feta is creamy
Once water is boiled, prepare the pasta al dente
Once the pasta is cooked, add to the Instant Pot with the tomatoes and feta
