
Sauz Baked Bagels

Ingredients
1 jar of SAUZ
- Prosciutto slices
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 bagels
- 4 eggs
Directions
Lay prosciutto on a foil-lined baking pan and bake at 350°F until crispy. Set aside.
Slice bagels in half and toast each side in a little butter in an ovenproof skillet.
Pour SAUZ into the pan (about half the jar, or however saucy you like it!). Let it cook for 1 minute.
Make four divots in the sauce and nestle in the bagel slices.
Crack an egg into each bagel hole and bake at 350°F until egg whites are set.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with shredded mozzarella, fresh parsley, and crispy prosciutto.
Serve and enjoy!
