Sauz Baked Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of SAUZ

  • Prosciutto slices
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 bagels
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Lay prosciutto on a foil-lined baking pan and bake at 350°F until crispy. Set aside.

  2. Slice bagels in half and toast each side in a little butter in an ovenproof skillet.

  3. Pour SAUZ into the pan (about half the jar, or however saucy you like it!). Let it cook for 1 minute.

  4. Make four divots in the sauce and nestle in the bagel slices.

  5. Crack an egg into each bagel hole and bake at 350°F until egg whites are set.

  6. Remove from the oven and immediately top with shredded mozzarella, fresh parsley, and crispy prosciutto.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
