Soft Pretzel Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Crescent Rolls

  • 2 tbsp baking soda

  • 4 cups water

  • Pretzel salt, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

  • Mustards for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Separate crescent rolls into perforated triangles and roll each one up into a crescent, starting at the wide end and rolling to the point

  3. Mix baking soda with water in a pot and bring to a boil. 1 or 2 at a time, use a slotted spoon to carefully lower the crescent rolls into the water

  4. Once they float to the top (about 20 seconds) immediately lift them out and transfer to the baking sheet. Complete the process until all 8 rolls are done

  5. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and everything but the bagel seasoning

  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown

  7. Serve with mustard (or cheese) for dipping and enjoy!
