This recipe takes 5 minutes to make, has minimal ingredients, and is bursting with flavors, Pat just can't get enough! All ingredients can be found at Trader Joe's and Pat hopes you enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 bag of Trader Joe's Cruciferous Crunch Salad
1 package of udon noodles
2 tablespoons of spicy peanut dressing
to garnish: peanuts and green onion/cilantro

Directions

boil water and place noodles in the water for 30 seconds or until they soften and break apart. Drain and rinse with cold water
mix noodles with salad mix and pour in the dressing. Mix well
garnish with peanuts and green onions and cilantro
