Spinach Artichoke Christmas Tree

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Trader Joe's Crescent Rolls

  • Trader Joe's Frozen Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar, shredded

  • Melted garlic butter (two tablespoons butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley)

Directions

  1. Start by heating up spinach artichoke dip according to the directions on the package. Let it cool for a few minutes

  2. Roll out crescent rolls using fingers to press ridges together to form rectangle. Use rolling pin to press creases together even more

  3. Cut triangle out of center of dough (this will leave two smaller triangles)

  4. Put large triangle on cookie sheet lined in parchment paper

  5. Top large triangle with spinach artichoke dip (about half of the package)

  6. Top with shredded cheese and then place two smaller triangles on top

  7. Cut slices along both sides of the tree, being sure not to cut all the way across

  8. Brush with melted garlic butter

  9. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown

  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving so dip in center can set

  11. Enjoy!
