
Spooky Espresso Glaze Brownies

Ingredients
1 batch of brownies (boxed brownie mix or buy ready-made brownies)
2 teaspoons espresso powder
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter (salted or unsalted)
1 small handful candy eyes
Directions
Bake a batch of brownies using your favorite boxed brownie mix or buy ready-made brownies and let cool
Whisk together espresso powder, water, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl
Add the powdered sugar and softened room-temp butter. Whisk together until smooth (you can add 1 teaspoon of water if the glaze is too thick)
Pour the glaze over the cooled brownies and spread evenly
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for the glaze to set. Cut into small pieces, stick in the candy eyes, and watch the brownies disappear!
