Steak & Chili Lime Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced Trader Joe’s Carne Asada

  • 1/4 cup Mexican blend cheese

  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

  • 1 flour tortilla

  • 5-7 Trader Joe’s Chili & Lime Rolled Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil. Grill carne asada until charred and remove from heat. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing

  2. To assemble burrito, spread cheese over tortilla and place sliced avocado, tortilla chips and carne asada into the center of tortilla. Fold sides and roll tortilla tightly

  3. Warm burrito in a pan over medium heat until burrito is browned on all sides

  4. Enjoy!
