Sticky Pecan Monkey Bread

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

2. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray

3. Add granulated sugar and cinnamon to a large ziplock bag. Seal, and shake to mix

4. Open biscuits and separate into 16 pieces. Cut each into quarters and place in the bag with the cinnamon sugar. Seal bag, and shake to coat

5. Transfer to the pan, and evenly sprinkle with pecans and dried fruit

6. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar. Stir until well combined, and drizzle over the pan contents

7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. (If it’s getting too dark, cover with foil halfway through baking)

8. Let cool 5-10 minutes

9. Turn upside down and gently shake pan to release
