
Sticky Pecan Monkey Bread

Ingredients
2 16-oz tubes Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 cup organic granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted dry toasted pecan pieces
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Golden Berry Blend
3/4 cup organic unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray
Add granulated sugar and cinnamon to a large ziplock bag. Seal, and shake to mix
Open biscuits and separate into 16 pieces. Cut each into quarters and place in the bag with the cinnamon sugar. Seal bag, and shake to coat
Transfer to the pan, and evenly sprinkle with pecans and dried fruit
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar. Stir until well combined, and drizzle over the pan contents
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. (If it’s getting too dark, cover with foil halfway through baking)
Let cool 5-10 minutes
Turn upside down and gently shake pan to release
