Strawberry & Burrata Crostini

Ingredients

  • 16-32 oz strawberries

  • 1 baguette

  • Burrata (1-2 balls)

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Hull strawberries and place on lined baking sheet

  2. Drizzle with honey, balsamic, salt & pepper until all strawberries are covered

  3. Bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through

  4. Meanwhile, slice and toast bread

  5. Place burrata in a shallow bowl

  6. Once strawberries are done, arrange around burrata

  7. Dip, spread, and enjoy!
