Ingredients

16-32 oz strawberries
1 baguette
Burrata (1-2 balls)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Basil for garnish

Directions

Hull strawberries and place on lined baking sheet
Drizzle with honey, balsamic, salt & pepper until all strawberries are covered
Bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through
Meanwhile, slice and toast bread
Place burrata in a shallow bowl
Once strawberries are done, arrange around burrata
Dip, spread, and enjoy!
