
Strawberry Custard Toast

Ingredients
1 large egg
2 tbsp. whole milk
strawberry vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
2-3 slices braided and sliced brioche
2-3 strawberries, sliced
Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, and cinnamon until it reaches a custard-like texture
Use a fork to flatten the center of each piece of bread. Carefully pour custard into the center of the bread. Top with strawberries. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set
Let cool slightly. Top with powdered sugar and/or syrup if desired
