Ingredients

• 1 bag baby spinach

• 2-3 ounces crumbled goat cheese

• 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

• 1/4 cup candied walnuts

• Small thinly sliced shallot
  

Dressing

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

• 1 tablespoon strawberry preserves or jam

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
