
Strawberry White Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients
1 cup toasted oats (toast in a pan sprayed with coconut oil)
3/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon flake sea salt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped freeze dried strawberries
1/4 cup chopped white chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Using small cookie scoop, scoop and roll into balls
Store in refrigerator in airtight container
