Stuffed French Toast

Directions

1. Start by slicing off the crust on all sides of each slice of bread

2. On a hard surface, roll out each slice bread so they become thin (you can use a glass or rolling pin)

3. Slather cream cheese on each slice

4. Add strawberries or fruit of choice

5. Roll carefully so bread doesn't break during this process

6. Beat eggs in a shallow dish and dip each stuffed bread roll carefully

7. Grease a pan with butter on medium heat

8. Place each stuffed bread roll in pan

9. Toast all sides until cooked

10. Top with powdered sugar, serve with syrup, and enjoy!
