Who misses going out for sushi? Pat sure has but is glad to share this new recipe with you! These sushi towers are perfect for any time of the year and make for a great date night or treat yourself meal!
3 cups cooked sushi rice (completely cooled)
1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup sliced cucumbers
1 cup edamame
1 package of Smoked Ahi Tuna
spicy mayo to drizzle
soy sauce to drizzle
Grease a straight glass
Add ingredients in whatever order you prefer (shown here is ahi tuna, cucumbers, shrimp, edamame, and rice). Try to make each layer even
Drizzle a little soy sauce & spicy mayo after each layer
Once you have all of your layers, lightly press down on the rice to push all of the layers together
Carefully (and quickly) flip over your cup onto your plate, tap the top of the cup and lightly pull up to remove
Drizzle on your spicy mayo, soy sauce, and sprinkle on seaweed
Add on any other toppings you’d like & ENJOY!
