Ingredients: 1/2 cup OJ; 1/2 cup lime juice; 1/4 cup tequila; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoon lime zest; 2 teaspoons chile lime seasoning (can sub one teaspoon chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon paprika); 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 2-3 pounds chicken; Lime wedges and chopped cilantro for serving

'Tis the season to grill all the things! Flippin' Pat is so excited to share this new Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken that comes together super quick and packs some serious flavor! Serve it up with some salsa, rice, and beans and you have one of Flippin' Pat's favorite meals ever!

Ingredients

1/2 cup OJ
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 teaspoons chile lime seasoning (can sub one teaspoon chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon paprika)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pounds chicken
Lime wedges and chopped cilantro for serving

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients together and whisk until combined
Place chicken in large Ziploc bag and pour marinade over chicken. Allow to marinate at least one hour but preferably overnight
Cook chicken on grill until cooked through, about 165°
Serve with extra lime wedges and chopped cilantro
