
Thandai

Ingredients
14 almonds
- 10 cashews
- 16 pistachios
- 1½ teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1½ teaspoons fennel seeds
- 3 teaspoons melon seeds
- 3 cardamoms
- ¾ teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1½ teaspoons dried rose petals
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
Directions
Grind together the nut mix ingredients in a coffee grinder until it is a smooth powder
Add 2 tablespoons of the ground nut mixture into a cup
Pour in 1 cup of milk. Stir together.
Sprinkle with dried rose petals
