Ingredients

  • 14 almonds

  • 10 cashews
  • 16 pistachios
  • 1½ teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1½ teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 3 teaspoons melon seeds
  • 3 cardamoms
  • ¾ teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1½ teaspoons dried rose petals
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Grind together the nut mix ingredients in a coffee grinder until it is a smooth powder

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of the ground nut mixture into a cup

  3. Pour in 1 cup of milk. Stir together.

  4. Sprinkle with dried rose petals

  5. Enjoy!
