1 container Trader Joe's Goat Cheese & Sundried Tomato Ravioli (can sub any ravioli)
1 bag Trader Joe's Rosemary Croissant Croutons (can sub any bread crumbs)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Avocado oil spray
Directions
Crush croutons into fine pieces by hand, blender, or food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs
Make breading station with two beaten eggs in one bowl and the breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the second bowl
- Individually dip each ravioli in the egg mixture and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture
Spray breaded ravioli with avocado oil spray
Air fry ravioli in batches at 380° for 5 to 7 minutes depending on your air fryer (cook until golden brown)
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with your favorite dip or by themselves
