
Tomato & Burrata Ravioloni

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 tsp. salt
One 8.8oz. package Tomato & Burrata Ravioloni
For garnish: Basil, Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large skillet to medium heat and drizzle with olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add tomatoes and salt. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes cook down and blister
Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions
Drain well and toss with the tomatoes
Top with fresh basil and Parmesan
Serve and enjoy!
