Tomato & Burrata Ravioloni

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • One 8.8oz. package Tomato & Burrata Ravioloni

  • For garnish: Basil, Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Bring a large skillet to medium heat and drizzle with olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

  2. Add tomatoes and salt. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes cook down and blister

  3. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions

  4. Drain well and toss with the tomatoes

  5. Top with fresh basil and Parmesan

  6. Serve and enjoy!
