Season shrimp and pineapple cubes with chile lime seasoning
Thread skewers with shrimp and pineapple
Combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly
Set some of the glaze aside for dipping
Baste the skewers with a thin layer of glaze
Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes, basting with glaze until shrimp is bright pink and firm
Serve with remaining glaze and rice
