Turkey Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

  • 6-8 oz chopped turkey

  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss & gruyere cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup Magnifisauce (or Thousand Island dressing)

  • Caraway seeds, optional 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

  3. Transfer to a 8X8 baking dish or 9-inch pie plate

  4. Sprinkle with additional cheese

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly

  6. Top with caraway seeds, if desired

  7. Serve with crackers or toasted bread and enjoy!
