Taco Bell, but make it Greek! Flippin' Pat loves to eat clean (sometimes!) and is so excited to share this new vegan Greek inspired crunch wrap with you! All ingredients can be found at Trader Joe's and comes together quickly! Flippin' Pat hopes you enjoy this for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

handful of chickpeas
1 tortilla + 1/4 of another
1 tablespoon Trader Joe's Romesco sauce
1 tablespoon Trader Joe's vegan tzatziki
handful of lettuce, onion and tomato
a few pita chips, crumbled

Directions

layer ingredients on tortilla in the following order: romesco sauce, chickpeas, veggies, tzatziki and pita chips
cut small circle of second tortilla to cover ingredients
fold larger tortilla on top
grill fold side down on medium for 2 min
flip and grill for another 2 min
cut and enjoy!
