Flippin' Pat loves a good juicy burger and is so excited to share this brand new veggie loaded chicken burger recipe! If you don't feel like firing up the grill, this recipe can easily be made if your air fryer! Serve with a side of fries, on your favorite bun, or with veggies! Flippin' Pat hopes you give this recipe a try and enjoy!

Ingredients

1lb ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoon chopped sundried tomatoes
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
pepper
umami mushroom seasoning
chili power
ground ginger
garlic powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients to a bowl
Preheat airfryer to 390ºF
Spray the air fryer basket with non stick spray
Shape the mixture into 4-5 patties
Air fry for 7 minutes at 390ºF
Flip and then cook 7-8 more minutes
Let rest and serve with a bun, over rice, arugula, or your favorite side dish!
