Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chicken (or turkey)
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-2 tablespoon chopped sundried tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • pepper

  • umami mushroom seasoning

  • chili power

  • ground ginger

  • garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients to a bowl

  2. Preheat airfryer to 390ºF

  3. Spray the air fryer basket with non stick spray

  4. Shape the mixture into 4-5 patties

  5. Air fry for 7 minutes at 390ºF

  6. Flip and then cook 7-8 more minutes

  7. Let rest and serve with a bun, over rice, arugula, or your favorite side dish!
