
Veggie Packed Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
- 1lb ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoon chopped sundried tomatoes
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
pepper
umami mushroom seasoning
chili power
ground ginger
garlic powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients to a bowl
Preheat airfryer to 390ºF
Spray the air fryer basket with non stick spray
Shape the mixture into 4-5 patties
Air fry for 7 minutes at 390ºF
Flip and then cook 7-8 more minutes
Let rest and serve with a bun, over rice, arugula, or your favorite side dish!
