White Chocolate Potato Chip Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ridge Cut Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips, crushed

  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts

  • 6 oz. (about 1 cup) white chocolate chips

  • Holiday sprinkles

Directions

  1. Place 12 mini muffin liners on a sheet tray or plate

  2. Add crushed chips and peanuts to a large bowl

  3. In a second heat-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips in 20 second intervals (stirring in between), until melted

  4. Pour over chips and peanuts. Mix until well coated. Distribute mixture between liners and immediately top with sprinkles

  5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, until firm

  6. Serve and enjoy!
