We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. We can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. All items on PatCooks.com are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. During high volume sales periods it may take 48 hours to ship. Thanks for your patience with our growing brand!

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

Please choose the right shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our standard Shipping option is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like these safeguards added to your shipment, we suggest choosing Priority at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away at pat@patcooks.com and we can file a claim.

 

Shipping Process:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
  • We primarily use reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Pre-order Shipping:

  • For pre-ordered items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly communicated on the product page.
  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, adhering to the estimated timeline.
  • If you order a pre-order item and another product (non-preorder) we will ship the in-stock item in accordance with our shipping policy and will ship the pre-order item when it is in stock. We will authorize and capture the full transaction payment at the time of order. 

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The spatulas must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancelling an Order After Shipping:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • Customers experiencing issues with delivery should contact the carrier directly or our customer service for assistance.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location and customs regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
