Air Fried Parmesan Chicken

Directions

1. Use food processor to break down the Tomato & Chili Cheese bites

2. Combine cheese bite crumbs, Parmesan, and panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Beat an egg in a separate shallow bowl

3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat chicken in egg mixture and then in breadcrumb mixture

4. Press breadcrumbs into chicken and spray them with olive oil spray

5. Place chicken in basket of air fryer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 375° until chicken is cooked to 165°

6. Top chicken with Parmesan shavings (use Unexpected Cheddar if you have it!)

7. Serve with tomato basil salad seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic drizzle
