Tacodillas have all of Pat's favorite things about tacos, quesadillas, and burritos. They are easy to hold and eat with your hands like tacos, they are folded and stuck together like a quesadilla, and they have beans like burritos. Next add a tablespoon of oil to a large flat bottomed pan (you can also do this on a griddle) heat the oil over medium low. Add in as many tortillas will comfortably fit without much overlap. Heat them for about 30 seconds on each side until they soften and start to puff up
