Ingredients

Romaine lettuce (~1 head per person)
1/2 can black beans
1/2 can corn
1 package Trader Joe's Chicken Nuggets
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Tomatoes for topping
Cilantro for garnish

Directions

Cook chicken nuggets according to package instructions
Chop romaine and place in serving bowl
Add corn, beans, tomatoes, and cilantro
Slice nuggets in quarters and add on top of lettuce
Mix together BBQ sauce and ranch dressing
Drizzle dressing and enjoy!
