The best part is that this comes together quickly, makes quite a bit so you can have leftovers, and you can add as many toppings as you wish! Ingredients

1 package of Trader Joe’s Beef Birria
2 packages of Trader Joe’s Squiggly Knife Cut Noodles
1-2 cups of broth (chicken, beef or veggie)
1-2 cups of water
Topping ideas: soft boiled egg, green onion, salsa, avocado, lime, jalapeño

Directions

Bring broth and water to a boil
Add noodles and cook until tender
Prepare birria
Place noodles and broth in a bowl
Add birria to bowl
Mix and add optional toppings
Enjoy!
