1 12 oz. package Trader’s Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
1-2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Italian bomba hot pepper sauce, depending on your spice preference (+ 1 tsp for the dipping sauce)
1 5.3 oz. container of plain Greek yogurt (can sub yogurt of choice)
Directions
Pour package of Trader’s Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi onto a microwaveable plate and heat in the microwave for 1 minute, to soften.
Place cauliflower gnocchi in air fryer basket, and air fry for 10-12 minutes on 400 degrees, shaking every few minutes, until crispy and slightly browned on the outside.
Remove cauliflower gnocchi from the air fryer, and combine with 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Italian bomba hot pepper sauce in bowl or container with lid.
Shake or mix well until cauliflower gnocchi are all evenly coated.
Pour coated cauliflower back into the air fryer basket and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes or until crisped to perfection. They should be crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside!
To make dipping sauce: combine 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Italian bomba hot pepper sauce with 1 5.3 oz. container of plain Greek yogurt, or yogurt sub of choice.
