Ingredients

1 box Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese
2 Smoked Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausages, sliced
1 cup lightly steamed broccoli
1-2 tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs
Olive oil spray
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 375ºF
Prepare Mac & Cheese according to package directions (either in the oven or in the microwave)
Meanwhile, sauté chicken sausage slices in a skillet until browned
Add chicken sausage and broccoli to Mac & Cheese and stir well
Transfer to a small casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs
Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned
Top with parsley and enjoy!
