Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 package Trader Joe's Chicken Shawarma

  • Mediterranean hummus (or hummus of choice)

  • Sliced cherry tomatoes

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Feta cheese

  • Pickled red onion (can use raw also)

  • Lemon wedges

  • Arugula or spinach

  • Naan or pita bread for serving

Directions

  1. Cook chicken according to direction on package

  2. Spread hummus at the bottom of shallow bowl. Add sliced cooked chicken on top of hummus

  3. Arrange arugula, pickled red onions, lemon wedges, and naan on side of hummus

  4. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes and feta across the bowl

  5. Optional: drizzle a little olive oil over greens and hummus. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
