Chocolate Peppermint Cookies for Santa

Santa Claus is coming to town and Pat wants to make sure he has the best cookies around! Pat knows baking these Chocolate Peppermint Cookies for Santa will be fun and can bet that the entire plate will be gone by morning! Now don't forget to leave some milk! Pat wishes you all a safe, healthy, wonderful, and delicious Christmas!

Ingredients

1 box of Trader Joe's Peppermint Chocolate Baking Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
20 Candy Cane Kisses

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil. Mix well
Mix in loaf mix and stir until fully combined
Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll into balls
Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper a few inches apart
Bake for 10 minutes
Take out and press 1 Candy Cane Kiss into center of each cookie
Bake for 1 more minute
Take out and let cool for a few minutes
Enjoy!
