Chocolate Peppermint Cookies for Santa

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil. Mix well

3. Mix in loaf mix and stir until fully combined

4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll into balls

5. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper a few inches apart

6. Bake for 10 minutes

7. Take out and press 1 Candy Cane Kiss into center of each cookie

8. Bake for 1 more minute

9. Take out and let cool for a few minutes

10. Enjoy!
