Ingredients

2-3 chicken breasts
1 bag Trader Joe’s Spanish Style Rice
Trader Joe’s Cilantro Dressing
Pico de Gallo
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Directions

Place chicken breasts in a bowl or ziploc bag with Cilantro Dressing until fully coated for 30 minutes
Cook chicken on stove top until done and not showing any pink
Prepare Spanish style rice according to package instructions
Place all ingredients together and build your bowl
You can also add jalapeño for a kick or beans for extra fiber!
Serve and enjoy!

This recipe was so great. I replaced the chicken with shrimp because that’s what I was craving and it came out delicious. It got me to try 2 new things at TJs – the cilantro dressing and the Spanish style rice. Both so yummy!
