1 cup Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets, crushed
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt. Set aside
In a bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Next, add egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix together until no lumps remain
With a large spoon or spatula, fold pretzel nuggets into dough
Cover the dough and chill in refrigerator overnight
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and roll dough into balls (~2 tbsp thick)
Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Take out of oven and rest for 10 minutes on cookie sheet until cookies have set. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
