Dumpling Bowl

This recipe definitely hits the spot when craving pork and cabbage potstickers. I used garlic scapes instead of garlic chives and seasoned rice wine vinegar instead of the Chinese wine, and the flavours were perfect. Since I love cabbage much more than the rest of my family, and they usually complain of other cabbage dishes, this will be a regular dish at our place. Thanks so much for sharing!

Yasss!! I was going to take the gyoza recipe and make little meatballs to steam because I can’t eat the wrappers (need gluten free) but this is so much easier!!
