Ingredients

1 pound sliced fingerling potatoes (use any potato you like)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, dried parsley
1 tablespoon ranch powder
2 garlic cloves, minced

Ranch Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon half and half or milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon ranch powder

Directions

Toss potatoes, olive oil, melted butter, seasonings, and minced garlic together until potatoes are well coated
Spray basket of air fryer with cooking spray and cook potatoes at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
Whisk together all ingredients for ranch dipping sauce and serve
