Green Goddess Potato Salad

Directions

1. Depending on size of potatoes, slice in half and then in quarters

2. Add to Instant Pot

3. Add 1 cup of water and set for 4 minutes on manual setting

4. Once done, release pressure and let potatoes cool a bit

5. In a separate bowl, mix together celery, onion, mustard, eggs, and Green Goddess Dip

6. Combine mixture with potatoes

7. Sprinkle with paprika and Green Goddess seasoning and garnish with parsley and green onion

8. Enjoy!
