Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Dash of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill and cut peaches in half, and twist to pull apart. Cut out the pit

  2. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of sea salt and then go generous on the cinnamon

  3. Grill inside faced down for 3-4 minutes, until softened and you see grill marks

  4. Serve as is, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (or both!)
