Directions

1. Brown chicken sausage in Dutch oven sprayed with olive oil

2. When meat begins to brown, add minced garlic and diced shallots and sauté and few more minutes until translucent

3. Add in marinara and broth and bring to a simmer

4. Add in noodles and allow to cook 10-15 minutes

5. Mix ricotta topping, Parmesan, and salt & pepper. Set aside

6. Serve with ricotta mixture, shredded mozzarella, extra Parmesan, and fresh basil
