Ingredients

3 tsp Trader Joe's Maple Butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
3 ripe bananas
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Whisk eggs and add to bananas
Add milk
In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, maple butter, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda
Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture and mix until blended
Line a loaf pan with greased parchment paper
Pour batter, distributing evenly
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick is clean
