Monster Cookies

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

2. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper/silicon baking mat

3. Place the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in the bowl of a mixer. Beat until light and fluffy

4. Add the egg, almond butter and vanilla to the bowl and mix until combined

5. Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix until just combined. Fold in the oats

6. Fold in the M&M's and chocolate chips

7. Make 2 Tbs sized balls of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet

8. Bake for 11-13 min or until edges are lightly browned

9. Cool the cookies on the pan for 5 min, then transfer to a cooling rack

10. Repeat the process with the remaining cookie dough
