No Knead EBTB Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 packet or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3-4 tablespoons Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel seasoning (can adjust accordingly)

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water (up to 130 degrees)

Directions

  1. In a standing mixer or large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and EBTB seasoning. Stir in water until well combined

  2. Form into a rough ball and cover with damp towel for 1 hour

  3. After 40 minutes, place a Dutch oven with lid in a cold oven and preheat to 450 degrees

  4. After the dough has rested for an hour, place on well floured surface, fold dough over several times, and shape into a ball. You can score the dough into a fun design if you wish!

  5. Place dough ball on a piece of parchment paper

  6. Carefully remove Dutch oven from oven (it will be hot!) and place dough & parchment paper so it sits at the bottom of the pot. Cover with Dutch oven lid, making sure parchment paper sticks out

  7. Bake for 30 minutes

  8. After 30 minutes, remove the Dutch oven lid and parchment paper leaving bread at the bottom of the pot

  9. Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes

  10. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing

  11. Enjoy!
