Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes (on the vine)

  • 1/2 medium white onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely minced

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (~1 lime)

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and cilantro in a bowl. Stir in lime juice and season with salt.

Recipe Note

leave jalapeño seeds for spicy salsa, half the seeds for medium heat, and take out all of the seeds for a mild salsa
