Ingredients

  • 1 lb high grade tuna

  • Trader Joe's frozen Jasmine white rice

  • Alfalfa sprouts

  • Bean sprouts

  • Pickled ginger

  • Pickled cabbage

  • Thinly sliced cucumbers

  • Shredded carrots

  • Edamame beans

  • Mixed greens

  • Sesame seeds for topping

  • Sriracha mayo (1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs sriracha, splash ACV, splash lime juice

  • Tuna marinade

  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

  • 1/4 coconut aminos (or regular soy sauce)
  • 2 tbs hot sauce

  • Sesame seeds

  • Green onions

Directions

  1. Cut the tuna into small cubes then place in a glass container with an airtight lid. Mix in sesame oil, coconut aminos, hot sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions then let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator

  2. When you are ready to eat, set up your toppings for serving and build your bowl with all the toppings you choose

  3. Add a scoop of the marinated tuna, then drizzle with sriracha mayo and more sesame seeds

  4. Enjoy!
