It's extremely important that you use high quality fish which can be found at any Asian or specialty market. These bowl are versatile- you can add or remove as many toppings as you wish! Sriracha mayo (1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs sriracha, splash ACV, splash lime juice
Tuna marinade
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 coconut aminos (or regular soy sauce)
2 tbs hot sauce
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Directions
Cut the tuna into small cubes then place in a glass container with an airtight lid. Mix in sesame oil, coconut aminos, hot sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions then let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
When you are ready to eat, set up your toppings for serving and build your bowl with all the toppings you choose
Add a scoop of the marinated tuna, then drizzle with sriracha mayo and more sesame seeds
