
Poke Bowls

Ingredients
1 lb high grade tuna
Trader Joe's frozen Jasmine white rice
Alfalfa sprouts
Bean sprouts
Pickled ginger
Pickled cabbage
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Shredded carrots
Edamame beans
Mixed greens
Sesame seeds for topping
Sriracha mayo (1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs sriracha, splash ACV, splash lime juice
1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 coconut aminos (or regular soy sauce)
2 tbs hot sauce
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Tuna marinade
Directions
Cut the tuna into small cubes then place in a glass container with an airtight lid. Mix in sesame oil, coconut aminos, hot sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions then let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
When you are ready to eat, set up your toppings for serving and build your bowl with all the toppings you choose
Add a scoop of the marinated tuna, then drizzle with sriracha mayo and more sesame seeds
