 
        Poke Bowls
 
          Ingredients
- 1 lb high grade tuna 
- Trader Joe's frozen Jasmine white rice 
- Alfalfa sprouts 
- Bean sprouts 
- Pickled ginger 
- Pickled cabbage 
- Thinly sliced cucumbers 
- Shredded carrots 
- Edamame beans 
- Mixed greens 
- Sesame seeds for topping 
- Sriracha mayo (1 tbs mayo, 1 tbs sriracha, splash ACV, splash lime juice 
- 1/4 cup sesame oil 
- 1/4 coconut aminos (or regular soy sauce)
- 2 tbs hot sauce 
- Sesame seeds 
- Green onions 
Tuna marinade
Directions
- Cut the tuna into small cubes then place in a glass container with an airtight lid. Mix in sesame oil, coconut aminos, hot sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions then let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator 
- When you are ready to eat, set up your toppings for serving and build your bowl with all the toppings you choose 
- Add a scoop of the marinated tuna, then drizzle with sriracha mayo and more sesame seeds
