Ravioli with Chicken Sausage & Black Truffle Cashew Pesto

Directions

1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions

2. While ravioli is cooking, slice chicken sausage and sautée

3. Drain ravioli and then carefully mix in a few spoonfuls of truffle cashew pesto (so as to not break open the ravioli)

4. While ravioli is still warm, add in a few handfuls of arugula and mix in to wilt slightly

5. Add sausage to the mix

6. Top with goat cheese & serve!
