Ingredients

Trader Joe's Chocolate Peppermint Loaf Baking Mix
Trader Joe's Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s
Trader Joe's dark chocolate chips
2-3 full size candy canes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare mix according to package instructions
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Let cool completely
Melt a 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and drizzle over cake
Sprinkle crushed Joe-Joe’s & candy canes on top
Slice & enjoy!
